Download Ejari Certificate The Ejari certificate, an official PDF document generated by the Ejari system, will be available to download by entering the Contract Information. The Ejari certificate can be used with other government bodies as proof of tenancy contract attestation. Inquiry about Services fees indicator This service allows customers to enquire about the approved service fees for joint-ownership properties from the Real Estate Regulatory Agency. The service is provided by the Real Estate Relations Regulatory Department. Inquiry about a property status Inquire about the status of a property by entering the property-related data such as the area and land number.
